The latest issue of MILITARY has a couple articles which will interest Coast Guard personnel, active duty & veterans.  One article is about a new monument to Coast Guard service and another includes the citation for a Coast Guardsman awarded the MOH.  Makes one proud to read!

If you're unfamiliar with MILITARY, go to website:  http://milmag.com/.  It's published monthly & is loaded with Veterans' stories, photographs, & factual information from WW II, Korea, Cold War, Vietnam, through present day conflict.  It also includes political editorials by Col. Oliver North, Thomas Sowell, & others.  Free copies of MILITARY are mailed to interested persons upon request.  A twelve month subscription is only $21 -- well worth it to anyone with an interest in military history.  Life subscriptions are also available.
