I hate to admit that I have this love of reading the Good Order and Discipline.... I just cant believe we have this many screw ups.

I do have to say I am glad to see that some of those screw ups are getting BCD and dropped in rate more then they were 4 or 5 years ago. Before drug related masts were getting general discharges and restriction for 30 days... no drop in rate. :confused:
