Hey folks,

I hope all is well with you all. Things as always are busy on my side. I'm getting ready for a trip to Korea next week. Not looking forward to the 15-hour flight. At least I have aisle seats.  As some of you know, my new book, "Terrorism and the Maritime Transportation System" came out about two months ago. This weekend it hit the Law Enforcement Bestseller list.  Pretty cool huh? Earlier it hit No. 11.

   What a surprise.

Thanks Tim.

I'm a bit late on a reply...I have been in Korea for the last week or so.  I was managing ok with the chopsticks and even did ok when I pulled a baby octopus out of my bowl. It got really weird though when a guy across from me had a live one crawling all over his plate.  Shocked  It was really hot and muggy there. Fortunately I managed to get out one day before a typhoon hit. Hopefully no more travel like that for awhile.

I hope all is well with you.

I used to have a Korean crew working for me (civilian life) and they used to like to take "the boss" along to lunch every once in a while.  Now the San Jose/Santa Clara region used to have some really authentic Korean restaurants (if you were Korean and knew where to look).  I do pretty well with most foods (IOW I'll eat damn near anything), but I drew the line at picking limp eel out of a communal soup pot with my chopsticks  Shocked

BTW, welcome back

DEBK,

Thank you. It actually made the No. 3 spot at one point. It's been in/out of the bestseller list for the last three weeks or so. Good thing I wrote it in crayon...it makes for a colorful story.  Cheesy

I like your tagline about chocolate...it IS a daily essential vitamin isn't it? (Vitamin C).

Have a GREAT day.
