Sniffed around some more. found a couple more listings for Dart boats:

I just checked over the Dart ads for their models.  No 21-footer made.  Smallest model that was made by them with the triple ****pit (2 seats forward of the motor and 1 seat aft of the motor) was the 22'6" model.  So I suspect the CG-819 is the 22'6" model.

That engine is definitely not original.  Chrysler didn't come out with the hemi until the mid 50's.

Well see, thats what I ain't sure of. Chrysler; and others, 1st started horsing around with "hemi-head" combustion chambers darn near a 100 years ago. I believe 1st time it was in an automobile was early 50's. Unsure of any "hemi" production power before that.-JRC

Could be they were experimenting with the head design prior to the 50's , but the V-8 hemi came out then.  The valve covers in the pic are identical to the ones on a friend's two 50's vintage hemis sitting in his garage.
