Good book, although it becomes pretty apparent that the author is quite a liberal.

You ever read "Blackwater", Stan?  I was really interested in learning more about the company, but the author was so politically biased I put the book down after reading about a third.  Couldn't take it anymore  .

No, never read that one.  I would imagine any book on that company, depending on who wrote it, will be heavily slanted in one direction or the other.

Read and enjoyed 'Rescue Warriors'.  Yes author's bias/view came through but I didn't think it was in an heavy handed way.

Currently - going through my volume of Reader's Digest Condensed books.  I like the quick read, variety of stories, and balance of interest they put together for their volumes.

Best Wishes

Well, I'm in the middle of a Rick Riordan novel titled "The Devil Went down to Austin."  Also finished another Linwood Barclay novel.  It just hit the bookstores but he wrote it 20 years ago.  I hate when they get sneaky like that. They could at least put "Re-released" on it rather than make you think its new.

Polishec off Harlan Coben's new one, "Play Dead" and have James Lee Burke's "Rain Gods in the queue.

Any other questions?   ROTF

Might I suggest "The Cobra" by Frederick Forsyth - although it is fiction, it shows what could be a very successful
method to combat the folks who bring the white powder into our borders - it will keep you occupied reading it. Thumbs Up
