I live in Gilbert, AZ and the city runs a weeklong program called Constitution Week.  It is one of the largest in the country which is pretty impressive since the town ahd less than 200K residents.  Folks dress up in garb of the era and go to schools to talk to the students about the Constitution and there is a big gathering at the Civic Center at the end of the week.
