Federal judge orders lesbian reinstated to Air Force

 TACOMA, Wash. — A decorated lesbian Air Force flight nurse says she can't wait to get back to her unit after a federal judge Friday ruled that she should get her job back as soon as possible in the latest legal setback to the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy.

"I'm ready whenever they are," said in a live interview on msnbc's "The Rachel Maddow Show." "I can’t wait to get back to my unit, to be with my incredible unit members; they're a wonderful group," she told Maddow.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Ronald Leighton came in a closely watched case as a tense debate has been playing out over the policy. Senate Republicans blocked an effort to lift the ban this week, but Leighton is now the second federal judge this month to deem the policy unconstitutional.

I might not be making friends here saying this but i for one am glad she won and i am straight.

This is the second time this month that a judge has ordered the Department of Defense to reinstate a lesbian.
Earlier this month a spokesperson for the department of the DOD said that they would ignore it unless it was directed into law by the Congress and or the president of the United States.

It seems that every liberal federal judge out there wants to make themselves a name by attempting to create laws instead of enforcing them.
Progressive liberalism is running amok in the judicial system.   

If these people had just been patient within the next few months this administration would have replaced don't ask don't tell. As you well know every vote counts and the Democrats need every vote they can get considering the mood of the nation at this time.

Now that's funny..Reminds me of a southpark episode where these kids asked the same question and someone told them i believe it was chef that a lesbian was someone who liked to lick carpet.

The kids suspected there teacher (who they liked) was one and they took chef literally and wanted to be a lesbian too so they started cleaning the floors    well you get the ideal that cartoon was a moderned day classic have not seen southpark in a long time .
