A Navy Seabee friend of mine (who works with my wife) sent out this link to everyone he knew. He works a lot with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) in his civilian job, and in fact did a lot of that for the Navy while on tour in Iraq last year.

He is not one to simply send out forwards unless he thinks it's noteworthy. I post them because I think they are too.

GlobalIncidentMap.com is a constantly updating map of terrorist activity (or suspicious terrorist-like activity) throughout the world.

TerroristWarning.com is a Drudge like news warehouse site that constantly scans the news for terrorist type activity.

Check 'em out.

http://www.globalincidentmap.com/home

http://www.terroristwarning.com/

In my mind, these might be sites worth linking to this site. I don't even know who someone would have to contact, though.

You wouldn't believe the last poll results on how many Americans thought that was appropriate!  I know you were joking but it's a sad indication of where we are going as a Nation....well some of us anyway....
